Gaining Makalu's acceptance
We hit a similar milestone when we added Ama to the house, where Mak decided she wasn't so terrible and he'd allow her on the couch. It has been a warmer reception for Mabel with little kisses and lots of sniffing, but this was an unexpected, welcome event.
And Mak very rarely will sleep on Ama. We're viewing this as a good step.
