Aaaahhh...epidural time

After a second round in the tub, contractions were increasingly frequent and painful with no measurable dilation gains. To keep things moving, it was time to introduce Pitocin. As the contractions were already taking their toll and Pitocin increases contractions frequency and severity, it was time to go for the epidural.
Kate is now hooked up to every gadget in the room and then some, but she is sleeping which she really needed.

There is no telling how Kate and the Pitocin will do, so it will be a few hours before we know our next course of action.
