At this point he is not at the vet anymore and is instead at a 24hr surgical vet hospital.
They're going to start him on anti-nausea meds and get I/V fluids going. Depending what the ultrasound shows, they may snake a scope down his throat to fish things out of his stomach, or they might need to open him up, especially if anything has made it past his stomach.
He very lethargic when I left, so hopefully the fluids get him feeling a bit better.
