After a couple days of bids and peeing in the yard with the dogs, we have a plumber and they should be here any minute. Not 100% sure how far they'll get on things today, but as of a 7:50 phone call we had a half-dozen white vans show up and people got out to spraypaint the lot. So the painting aspect of the job looks speedy.
Bonus if the plumbers can avoid hitting the gas and sewer lines.
