Two days after re-listing our townhouse from a holiday pause we are in contract pending inspection. Which is nice.
We do not have a house lined up to move to so we've got our work cut out for us. Fortunately I will have time to help deal with things as I am just starting my month of paternity leave.
We're excited and hopeful that the inspection will go smoothly and that we can find somewhere nice to move to for a long, long time.
